Organic Sweet Brown Rice*, filtered water, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, and sea salt.

Cut Mochi into 1-2 inch squares. Each package yields 9-12 squares. One average serving is about 3 squares.
Pre-heat oven to 450°.
Spread Mochi squares well apart and bake about 8 minutes or until puffed and slightly browned.
Mochi should be crispy on the outside, with a hollow inside and chewy along the bottom. Terrific as is, stuffed with your favorite fillings, or dipped in sauces.
