Organic Sweet Brown Rice*, filtered water, dates coated with rice flour, cashews, cinnamon, natural vanilla flavor, sea salt.

BAKING MOCHI

Step 1

Backing Grainaissance Mochi, Step 1

Cut Mochi into 1-2 inch squares. Each package yields 9-12 squares. One average serving is about 3 squares.

Step 2

Backing Grainaissance Mochi, Step 2

Pre-heat oven to 450°.
Spread Mochi squares well apart and bake about 8 minutes or until puffed and slightly browned.

Step 3

Backing Grainaissance Mochi, Step 3

Mochi should be crispy on the outside, with a hollow inside and chewy along the bottom. Terrific as is, stuffed with your favorite fillings, or dipped in sauces.
